Nightfall: Sovereign Vanguard

Privacy Policy

How Nightfall handles game progress and information on your Android device.

Last updated: November 7, 2026Applies to: Nightfall: Sovereign Vanguard (Android, version 8.5)
Privacy at a glance

The current version of Nightfall is an offline game. It saves progress on your device. It does not require an account or use an advertising or analytics SDK, and the game does not transmit your personal information to our servers.

1. Who operates the game

Nightfall: Sovereign Vanguard (package com.outrageousbear.nightfall.evolved) is published under the Outrageous Bear brand. This policy applies to the Android game, not automatically to other Outrageous Bear services or websites.

2. Information collected by the game

For the current version described here, Nightfall does not ask you to register, create an account, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. It does not include advertising or analytics services and does not request Android internet access for gameplay.

We do not receive gameplay records, personal information, or other player data from the game through a Nightfall server.

3. Information stored on your device

Nightfall saves gameplay information locally to make progression work between sessions. This can include:

This information is stored locally using the app's device storage. The current game does not synchronize it to an Outrageous Bear account or cloud service.

4. Sharing and third-party services

Nightfall does not sell, share, or transmit the locally stored game information to advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

If you download or use Nightfall through Google Play, Google and your device's operating system may process information about store downloads, installations, payments, device operation, or diagnostics under their own privacy policies. That processing is separate from data collection by the Nightfall game itself. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Data security

Because the current game keeps progression information on the device, it does not send that information to an Outrageous Bear server. Your device's operating system and access controls help protect its locally stored app data. We do not promise that local data is immune to device loss or unauthorized access.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally saved game progress remains on your device until you clear Nightfall's app storage or uninstall the game, subject to your Android device's backup and restore behavior. You can remove the local data through your device's Android app settings. Clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently erase game progress.

Because the current version does not maintain player accounts or server-side save records, there is no separate Nightfall account database from which to request deletion.

7. Future updates and advertising

This policy describes the current offline release. The current version does not contain an advertising SDK. If Nightfall later introduces ads, online features, third-party services or new forms of data collection, we will review and update this policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures to reflect the actual features before the updated version is distributed.

We may update this page if Nightfall's privacy practices change. Any revised policy will show a new last-updated date.
